JVC GZ-EX250 Review

The new JVC GZ-EX250 Everio camcorder is the first camcorder from JVC with Wi-Fi, allowing video and stills to be transferred wirelessly to smartphones or email using a free app. The Wi-Fi feature of the GZ 250 also allows geotagging, live monitoring and allows the smartphone to act as a remote control.

The advanced image stabilizer and Konica Minolta HD lens with 40X Optical Zoom of the GZ 250 couples with 1080P High-Definition Video and a large 3-Inch LCD Touchscreen with Smile Meter gets you high quality video in AVCHD format at 24 Mbps.

Audio recordings of the GZ 250 Everio camcorder are high quality because of the new zoom microphone which changes focal point to match the lens zoom giving better clearer audio.

Smile Shot takes a still photo when it detects a lovely smile, while Pet Shot snaps a still shot when an animal faces the camcorder, making the GZ 250 really user friendly.

Image management software is supplied for editing and sharing and add animation effects and titles.

An HDMI® output lets you appreciate your video masterpieces on large screen TVs.
